Have you heard of the saying you are what you eat? Well, I've got news for you. I partnered with Dallas-based chocolatier, Kate Weiser, to create living Bon Bons prior to lockdown.

Kate owns a shop in Trinity Groves that specializes in hand-painted chocolates. Inspired by Kate’s mini abstract painted bonbons, we created a sensory-rich art event. 

We invited the public to try Kate's wonderful Passion Fruit and Rosemary Praline flavored bonbons. I created two 40x60" abstract paintings inspired by her chocolates and live camouflage bodypainted two models. With champagne in our hands, we ate, watched, and became art!  Check out the BTS video:

Each piece of candy is justly a piece of art, and Kate meticulously works on perfecting each recipe. On Kate’s website, you can build a box of chocolate (& even brand it with your logo), buy a pre-selected box, and order from a selection of candy bars and other confectionaries. Her chocolates are also at Neiman Marcus and even made Oprah’s 2018 favorite things list!
